Users must add funds to their wallet in advance to book cargo services.

Bookings cannot be made without sufficient wallet balance.

The company does not provide credit facilities or allow negative balances.

4. Booking Payments

All cargo booking charges are deducted from the user’s wallet balance at the time of booking.

Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before confirming a booking.
5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a booking at any time before pickup.

There is no cancellation fee, and cancellation is completely free.

Cancellation requests must be made through the platform or official customer support channels.
6. Refund Policy

Upon successful cancellation before pickup, the full booking amount will be refunded.

Refunds will be credited back to the user’s wallet.

No deductions or processing charges will apply to such refunds.
7. Wallet Withdrawals

Users are allowed to withdraw available wallet balance to their registered bank account.

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to verification.

The company reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals in case of suspected fraud, compliance requirements, or verification issues.
8. Refund & Withdrawal Processing Time

All refunds and withdrawal requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request approval.

Delays may occur due to banking systems or unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.
9. Wallet Balance Validity

Wallet balances do not expire and remain valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified by the company.
10. Failed Transactions

In case of failed payment transactions where money is deducted but not credited to the wallet, users should contact support.

Such amounts will be refunded or credited after verification within 7 working days.
