1.PROMOTIONAL OFFERS 

You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise and consent to receive from third parties and Scorpion, and their affiliates, group companies, business partners, employees, agents or associates, promotional offers, deals, marketing materials and promotional material through telephone calls, e-mail, text message, whats-app or any other electronic means. You irrevocably and unconditionally confirm that laws in relation to unsolicited communications referred in National Do Not Call Registry as laid down by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India will not be applicable for such communications, telephone calls, emails, text messages or communication through any other electronic means received from third parties and Scorpion, and their affiliates, group companies, business partners, employees, agents or associates.

2. Agreement Acceptance

By using these services or clicking "Continue," you provide absolute and unconditional consent to this legally binding Merchant Agreement.

3. Service Scope

This platform facilitates e-commerce logistics management and services through subcontracted third-party courier vendors for both domestic and international shipments.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipment details and ensuring all items are in tamper-proof, damage-proof packaging with correct shipping labels.

5. Fees And Payement

You agree to pay all applicable shipping rates, subscription fees, and taxes; Scorpion reserves the right to modify these fees at its sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Items

Users must not ship banned, illegal, or hazardous goods; shipping counterfeit or fraudulent products will result in account termination and potential legal action.

7. Account Termination
Scorpion reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account for any breach of terms, misuse of services, or at its own convenience
